Acuity RM's subsidiary inks services agreement with Sopra Steria

(Alliance News) - Acuity RM Group PLC on Monday said that its subsidiary, Acuity Risk Management Ltd, has signed a professional services agreement with Sopra Steria Group SA.

Acuity RM is a London-based risk management company, which provides services via its Stream software platform. Sopra Steria is a Paris-based consulting, digital services, and software development company.

The services agreement extends a two-year working relationship between Acuity Risk and Sopra Steria, formalising the partnership with an official agreement.

Further, Acuity Risk has also won a new contract for consulting services in collaboration with Sopra. Within the contract, there are further opportunities to upsell Stream to the British government, which is the end client.

"I am delighted to announce our agreement with Sopra Steria. Whilst we have worked together for the past two years the agreement demonstrates the confidence that the parties have in each other. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Acuity Risk Management Ltd. We believe it will open more significant contract opportunities in the future," said Acuity Risk Management Chief Executive Kerry Chambers.

Shares in Acuity RM were down 1.5% at 3.94 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
