Acer Cyber Security Inc. announced cash dividend of TWD 5.2 per share for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) date is June 6, 2024. Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) record date is June 12, 2024.
Payment date of cash dividend distribution is July 10, 2024.
