5.Cause of occurrence:
(1)The payment period for the Company's 2022 cash capital increase
subscription was due on June 14, 2022. The Company makes a call
for any shareholder/employee who fails to pay for subscriptions.
(2)The Company's cash capital increase subscription payment call
period starts from June 15, 2022 to July 15, 2022 at 15:30.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)In accordance with Article 142 and Article 266, Paragraph 3 of
the Company Act, the call period of payment is from June 15, 2022
to July 15, 2022 at 15:30.
(2)For shareholders who haven't paid up for subscription, please complete
the payment pursuant to the regulation of share subscription form.
The shareholders shall forfeit their rights if they fail to pay
within the call period.
(3)After the end of the call period and TDCC finishes processing the
procedure, the shares will be deposited in the depository account
according to the number of shares subscribed for shareholders who
pay within the call period.
