In this newly expanded role, Mr. Kenny will be responsible for Absolute's go-to-market strategy and execution. The Company's direct sales, channel and marketing teams will report to him.

"We are very excited to be strengthening our senior management team with the addition of Thomas Kenny," said John Livingston, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Absolute Software. He is an excellent leader and has a proven ability to build a high growth and profitable sales organization. We are honored to have him, and are confident we will better capitalize on our potential under his sales leadership."

Mr. Kenny comes to Absolute Software from a world leading PC OEM, where he spent the last 17 years as a sales leader.
