restricted stock @awards: The Company's paid-in capital was NT$2,877,213,120
with the issued shares of 287,721,312 shares and the net worth per share was
NT$22.47.
(2)The relative capital reduction was 1,390,000 with the canceled shares of
139,000 shares.
(3)After completion of capital reduction for restricted stock awards: The
Company's paid-in @capital is NT$2,875,823,120 with the issued shares
287,582,312 @shares and the net worth per share is NT$22.48.
