5.Cause of occurrence:
Our important subsidiary, Ability Technology (Dongguan) Co.,
Ltd is required to respond to the Dongguan local policy of
"Compassing Management Policy"- Class Suspension, Transportation
Control, Factory Production Non-Stop.
(1) Traffic has been controlled in some areas of Dongguan, and during the
control period, the vehicles can pass with permits only for the necessity
of epidemic prevention & control, emergency rescue, PCR test, daily life
supplies.
(2) Control Period: 2022/03/15~2022/03/21
6.Countermeasures:
(1) By local government regulations, we take precautionary measures
against epidemics and take PCR tests for all factory employees to ensure
our employees' safety and health.
(2) The factory's production is continued without any suspension.
(3) Closely liaise with customers and suppliers to adjust, in case, the
arrangement of material preparation and shipment at any time

(1) There has been no serious impact on our finance and revenue till
now.
(2) We shall closely pay attention to the Dongguan pandemic
development and make announcements if there is any new situation or
impact.
