NBB Investment Corporation Approves 2019 Cash Dividend; Approves Resignation of Hoang Huu Tuong as Member of Board of Directors

On August 28, 2019, NBB Investment Corporation announced the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 as: approved the plan for 2019 cash dividend with the expected ratio of 50%.

The company also approved the resignation of Mr. Hoang Huu Tuong as member of board of directors as from August 28, 2019.
