(Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened higher on Thursday, as the technology stocks gained following an upbeat forecast from AI bellwether Nvidia, while energy shares led gains on higher oil prices.

At 9:32 a.m. ET (13:32 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was up 52.12 points, or 0.23%, at 22,398.88.
