SAO PAULO, May 17 (Reuters) - Brazilian oil company 3R Petroleum and fellow energy firm Enauta have reached an agreement to merge in an all-stock deal, they said on Friday.
Under the deal, which now requires green light from shareholders of both companies, Enauta shares would be incorporated by 3R. (Reporting by Luana Maria Benedito; editing by Gabriel Araujo)
