The Company holds the tenement via its 100% wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Great Dirt Pty Ltd. The tenement consists of two prospective areas, the Doherty Project and Basin Project (the Projects). The Tenement covers an area of approximately 168 square kilometers (km2) and is located 100 kilometers (kms) north of Tamworth in northern New South Wales. The Doherty Project and Basin Project are contained within Exploration License No. 9527 (EL9527), which is located in northern New South Wales, Australia. The Doherty Project comprises the old Doherty and Junior Mines, other workings and occurrences of manganese. The Basin Project contains smaller manganese workings.
