Vocus : New Divisional Operating Structure

NEW DIVISIONAL OPERATING STRUCTURE

Vocus Group Limited ("Vocus", ASX: VOC) advises today of the decision to separate the Enterprise & Wholesale segment of the Vocus Australia business into two operating segments, resulting in four reportable operating segments: Enterprise & Government, Wholesale & International, Consumer and New Zealand. The new divisional operating structure has been initiated as part of the Company's accelerated transformation program and is intended to allow sufficient senior executive focus on the opportunities within these segments.

Michael Simmons, current Chief Executive - Enterprise & Wholesale will now lead the dedicated Wholesale & International division. In addition to leading the wholesale operation of Vocus since late 2016, Michael brings a wealth of experience in wholesale telecommunications, notably as long term CEO of SP Telemedia (now TPG Telecom).

Scott Carter, current Chief Executive - Consumer will move into the role of Chief Executive - Enterprise & Government, drawing on his extensive experience in direct and channel sales in the business-to-business market via senior roles at Request DSL, Powertel (subsequently acquired by AAPT) and as executive responsible for the business and corporate division at M2 Group prior to its merger with Vocus in 2016.

Vocus has appointed Sandra de Castro as its new Chief Executive - Consumer. Ms de Castro brings a background in digitisation and transformation formed in ASX 50 companies over the last decade. Prior to joining Vocus, Ms de Castro held senior roles encompassing sales, marketing and strategy within AGL Energy Limited ("AGL") and National Australia Bank Limited ("NAB"). During this time, Ms de Castro was instrumental to the customer-driven transformation of NAB, and the rapid digital transformation at AGL.

Group Chief Executive Officer Geoff Horth stated, "The acquisition of Nextgen has opened new markets and presented significant growth opportunities to the group across all business segments and channels. The opportunities available in Vocus' domestic wholesale business, combined with our investment in the Australia Singapore Cable, warrants the creation of a dedicated Wholesale and International division and will ensure that we have the focus, products and service proposition to be the provider of choice to customers in this important market".

Mr Horth continued, "We are very pleased to welcome Sandra to the Vocus team. Sandra's credentials and success in innovation and digital transformation brings invaluable experience to our Executive Team, and will help to drive the next phase of growth and customer centricity in our consumer division".

Interim Results Release

Vocus is scheduled to release its interim results to the market on 20th February 2018. Results will be disclosed in the current structure of three reporting divisions.
