The report on the Feasibility And Implications Of Establishing a Carbon Offset Program for the State of Hawaiʻiwas released, pursuant to Act 16, Session Laws of Hawaiʻi 2018 to investigate the feasibility for the Hawaiʻi state government to foster additional greenhouse gas reductions through carbon offset credits.
