EFTA Surveillance Authority : State Aid: Two sets of guidelines prolonged

The EFTA Surveillance Authority has today decided to prolong its Guidelines on State aid for shipbuilding, as well as the Chapter in State aid Guidelines for Research and Development and Innovation.

These two sets of guidelines expired on 31 December 2013. They are now prolonged until 30 June 2014.

The prolongation is in line with the recent decisions by the European Commission to prolong the corresponding EU Framework ( OJ 6.12.2013 C 357/1 and OJ 10.12.2013 C 360/1) .
