CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND

AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Public Procurement Limited (the "Company") announces that Ms. Ma Wai Sze, Aceya ("Ms. Ma") has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company, the head of legal of the Company and an authorised representative of the Company pursuant to Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") with effect from 24 January 2018 due to her personal reasons. Ms. Ma has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter in relation to her reignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Miss Ng Weng Sin ("Miss Ng") has been appointed as the company secretary and an authorised representative of the Company in compliance with the requirement under Rules 3.28 and 3.05 of the Listing Rules with effect from 24 January 2018.

Miss Ng, aged 46, joined the Company as chief financial officer in April 2017 and appointed as executive director and a member of the remuneration committee in June 2017. Miss Ng obtained her bachelor's degree of arts in accountancy in 1996, a master's degree of professional accounting in 2010, a master's degree of corporate finance in 2013 from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a master of business administration degree (Executive MBA programme) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2015. She is also a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Prior to joining the Company, Miss Ng worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from August 1997 to September 2001. From September 2001 to May 2006, she worked at finance departments in two companies listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and a company listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market in the United States. From May 2006 to February 2010, she was the financial controller, the company secretary and authorised representative of China Information Technology Development Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange. From August 2010 to October 2013, she was the chief financial officer, the company secretary and the authorised representative of Billion Industrial Holdings Limited, a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange. From May 2014 to December 2015, Miss Ng was the chief financial officer of Xiwang Special Steel Company Limited and Xiwang Property Holdings Company Limited. From July 2014 to November 2015, Miss Ng was the company secretary and authorised representative of Xiwang Special Steel Company Limited and Xiwang Property Holdings Company Limited, both companies listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange.
