APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Capital Finance Holdings Limited (the "Company" together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that Ms. Lam Fei Sui ("Ms. Lam") has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 19

January 2018.

Ms. Lam, aged 39, joined the Group in July 2015 and currently is the deputy chief financial officer and authorised representative of the Company under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). She holds a bachelor's degree of arts in accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Ms. Lam has more than 14 years of experience in accounting and finance, auditing and internal audit in both Hong Kong and People's Republic of China. Prior to joining the Group, Ms.

Lam has worked for an international accounting firm and a company whose shares are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to congratulate Ms. Lam on her new role.
