Mr. Filion joined Montrusco Bolton’s Private Investment Management team in October 1999.
He has extensive experience in the investment, banking and fiduciary industries.
Prior to joining Montrusco Bolton, he worked for the CIBC for four years as an investment specialist, where his work focused primarily on portfolio management and estate planning.
He also worked for the Royal Trust as a senior advisor, personal financial and fiduciary services, where he actively promoted the institution’s services in this field.
Mr. Filion has taken a number of professional training courses, including the Canadian Securities Course, the handbook on standards of professional conduct, the estate planning course and the Canadian investment funds course.
He has also earned the title of financial planner from the Quebec institute of financial planning
