William Bebar

Prior to Equity Group, Mr. Bebar’s extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting in the real estate industry spans a period of thirty years as an auditor and advisor with international public accounting firms, as a controller of a diversified real estate developer / operator and as an independent consultant to public and private real estate concerns.
He has worked with real estate advisors, investment funds, developers, syndicators, property managers and real estate investment trusts, both public and private, and has dealt with a broad range of real estate investments, including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mini-warehouse, mobile home communities, hotels and health care related properties.
Mr. Bebar graduated from Lewis University with a BA in accountancy and business administration and is a certified public accountant.
