They are a subsidiary of Balyasny Asset Management Holdings LP. Balyasny Europe Asset Management LLP (BEAM) is an alternative investment manager headquartered in London, UK. The firm was founded in 2004 and is a subsidiary of Balyasny Asset Management LP, which is owned by Balyasny Asset Management Holdings LP in the US. BEAM manages assets on behalf of institutional clients and high net worth investors.
