She also worked as a vice president and assistant fixed income portfolio manager, managing five closed-end balanced funds with over $1 billion in assets.
Previously, Ms. Kelly was a vice president and taxable fixed income portfolio manager at Smith Barney, Inc., in New York, where she developed long- and short-term investment strategies for two corporate bond portfolios.
