Stephen Cummings

Mr. Stephen Cummings is Chief Financial Officer at Lumira Capital Corp.
Prior to working with Lumira, Mr. Cummings was an independent financial consultant; he previously spent eight years working for Harlequin Enterprises as worldwide CFO and VP Finance in both Toronto and the UK; he also worked at Deloitte and Touche in London, UK for 12 years in both the auditing and corporate finance practices.
Mr. Cummings has also held positions as Director and Treasurer on the Board of a major not for profit institution in Canada and was selected to be a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants CFO taskforce and is a member of Financial Executives Institute (Toronto Chapter).
Mr. Cummings graduated with a BSc in Economics from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of both the Institutes of Ontario and England and Wales.
