Stan Muir is Vice President and General Counsel for Harland Financial Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Harland Financial Solutions, he was Corporate Counsel for NCR Corp., McDermott Inc., and the Babcock & Wilcox Co. Mr. Muir is a Member of the Virginia and Ohio Bars and the Federal Patent Bar.
He was an Adjunct Professor at Lynchburg College for 3 years and a Member of the Board of Advisors for Business Laws, Inc. Mr. Muir has experience in computer hardware and software, off-shore oil, nuclear power, and aerospace.
He received an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a JD from William and Mary.
