He joined Curzon Global Partners upon its founding in London in 1999.
Prior to joining Curzon Global Partners, Mr. Martin headed DTZ's Fund Management and Investment Strategy Group.
Prior to joining DTZ in 1996, he worked for CB Hillier Parker's investment research team and at both Cambridge University (Property Research Unit) and at Kingston University (Real Estate Faculty) in London.
Mr. Martin visits as the CBRE Professor of Real Estate Finance at the Henley Business School and at Cass Business School.
He is an Associate of Lombard Street Research.
