Robert S. Winer

Prior to joining ComVest in 2007, Mr. Winer worked as an Associate at Praesidian Capital Investors, a New York based mezzanine firm, where he focused on the origination, due diligence, structuring, execution and monitoring of investments.
Prior to Praesidian Capital, Mr. Winer was an Associate at Fifth Street Capital, a New York based small-cap mezzanine firm.
In addition to his mezzanine background, Mr. Winer brings four years of investment banking, leveraged finance, and business development expertise from Wachovia Securities.
He was responsible for evaluating strategic and financing alternatives for manufacturing and industrial technology companies and executing public market transactions.
Mr. Winer received his MBA and MSF from Boston College and graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA in finance, economics, and international business from Washington University in St. Louis.
