In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.

Kepler Cheuvreux SA (Netherlands) is the Netherlands-based brokerage division of Kepler Capital Markets SA in France. The firm is located in Amsterdam.
