He was an Owner of Management & IT Consulting Business, Group Finance and Acquisitions Director-Africa of Grey Global from 1978 to 1990, Group Finance & Acquisitions Director-London of Acsis Group Plc from 1988 to 1992 and Managing Director-Management & IT Consultancy of Advantage Management Systems from 1992 to 2007.
Previously, Mr. Degni worked at Audit and Consulting Department of Deloitte from 1977 to 1978.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1978.
