Prasad Chandra

Prasad Chandra has worked in the finance industry for over 15 years.
He currently serves as the President for Kilmer Capital Partners Limited and provides oversight of Kilmer’s investments in the private equity area while working closely with its respective management teams.
He is experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax and internal controls.
Mr. Chandra joined Kilmer through its direct investment in Boardwalk Gaming, a multi-jurisdictional gaming and entertainment provider, in October 2007 as the Corporate Controller.
Prior to joining Kilmer, he was Financial Controller for the Student Centre ancillary unit at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Chandra was a manager with Apex Consulting, an audit and advisory services firm, providing services to clients in a variety of industries including automotive, consumer products, real estate, technology and manufacturing.
Prasad Chandra is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and a BBA from the University of Toronto.
