Goldman Sachs Advisors BV (GSBV) is the wholly owned, Netherlands-based investment management subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International Holdings BV, ultimately held by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) (Goldman Sachs) in the US. Founded in 1994 as ING Investment Management Advisors BV, the firm became NNIP Advisors BV in 2015 following the IPO of NN Group. They changed their name to Goldman Sachs Advisors BV in 2023 after the acquisition of Goldman Sachs to NN Group in 2022. Headquartered in The Hague, GSBV manages a range of assets for institutional and individual clients.

NN Investment Partners BV (NN IP) is an asset management firm headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. The firm was formerly known as ING Investment Management and in 2015 they were rebranded as NN Investment Partners. In 2022, the firm was acquired by US-based Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) through its subsidiary NN Investment Partners International Holdings B.V. NN IP offers a range of products and services through regional centers in countries across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia for private individuals, pension funds, insurers, family offices, independent financial advisers and banks.
