In July 2014, the firm was acquired by Baird Financial Corp., which is, in turn, owned by Baird Holding Co., which is owned by Baird Financial Group, Inc. Their clients include individuals, high net-worth individuals, pension and profit sharing plans (other than plan participants), charitable organizations and corporations.
