GW&K Investment Management LLC (GW&K) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. The firm was founded in 1974 and formerly known as Gannett Welsh & Kotler LLC. They are a subsidiary of AMG Boston Holdings LLC, ultimately held by Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG). GW&K serves as an investment adviser or sub adviser to private or high net worth clients, estates, pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable foundations, endowments, corporations, private funds, mutual funds, UCITS funds, collective trusts and other entities.

Founded in 1999, Trilogy Global Advisors LP is a registered investment advisor located in New York City. Trilogy’s institutional partner, Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG) holds a majority equity interest in Trilogy and is the parent corporation of Trilogy’s general partner, Trident NYC Acquisition LLC.
