Neil Robert Mackison

Mackison is a Manging Director & Head of European Investment Banking at Piper Sandler Ltd.
He has a broad range of transaction experience in the European life sciences arena having advised on more than 100 transactions in the last 15 years.
Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Mr. Mackison served as head of European healthcare investment banking at ING for over six years during which time he built up the business to become a Top 5 player in European equity offerings and cross-border M&A.
He has spent more than 20 years in corporate finance and was a director in both the BTAB/Deutsche Bank and UBS smaller companies teams where he had a particular focus on the U.K.
healthcare sector.
He graduated from Kings College in London with an honours degree in chemistry and also qualified as a chartered accountant at Coopers & Lybrand in London.
