Neil, who is based in the London office, joined ISIS in January 2005 as a member of the new investments team.
He came to ISIS after two and a half years with RBS, where he completed a number of transactions, including the P2P of Boosey & Hawkes' Instruments Division and the refinancing of the Wagamama restaurant chain.
Neil graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Economics in 1998 and gained an MA from Exeter University in 2000.
He joined Barclays under the bank's Graduate Development Programme, which included a stint in the London team of Barclays Ventures, before moving to RBS.
