Nancy Judith Mayer

Ms. Nancy J.
Mayer is a Managing Director at Sheeley & Partners Wealth Management LLC.
Ms. Mayer was particularly responsible for major pension reform legislation, the restructuring of the State Pension Fund and development of the Rhode Island College Savings Plan.
In addition, she is a member of the Rhode Island Foundation Investment Committee.
She was Chief Legal Counsel and Associate Director of the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation from 1992 to 1996, working on banking, insurance and securities issues.
In those years she also worked with the U.S.
Attorney’s office, the F.B.I.
and the State Police on cases involving financial fraud.
She has also been an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers.
She received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, a Master's degree from Brown University and a Law degree from Northeastern University.
