Mr. McNulty was a founding partner of both (i) Forest Investment Management LLC, a convertible security investment advisory firm, where he served as Co-Director of Research from 1998 through 2001, and (ii) its sister company Forum Capital Markets LLC, a convertible-focused broker dealer where Mr. McNulty was a Managing Director of Corporate Finance from 1992 to 1998 prior to its sale to First Union Securities in June of 2000.
Mr. McNulty has been actively involved in corporate debt analysis, equity research and corporate finance since leaving Price Waterhouse, NY in 1986 where he obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
At Forest, Mr. McNulty was directly responsible for the media, advertising, cable, telecom, utility and financial industries in the U.S.
and internationally.
Mr. McNulty graduated from Fordham University with a B.S.
in Accounting and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
