Prior to joining Bain Capital Investors in 2002, Mr. Hill was employed with Novell where he led the Secure Identity Management global business team.
Prior to Novell, he held a number of general management positions at Vitria and Xerox, and was CEO of an internet start-up.
He spent five years at Bain & Company in San Francisco and Boston.
Mr. Hill earned an AB in Molecular Biology at Harvard College.
He received an MBA at Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
