Shay, Jr. in 1981 and was formerly known as Shay Asset Management and as Provenance Asset Management, Inc. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of Austin Atlantic, Inc. AAAMCO generally provides investment advice to institutional investors, which include banks, thrift institutions, credit unions, investment companies, family offices, endowments, insurance companies, and pension plan sponsors.

Manulife Investment Management (US) LLC (Manulife IM-US) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. The firm was founded in 1968 and is a subsidiary of John Hancock Subsidiaries LLC, ultimately held by Manulife Financial Corp. (NYSE, TSE: MFC), a Canadian-based financial services firm.
