Liat Koren

An expert CFO, Liat brings 20 years of experience in the global high-tech industry in public Companies (NASDAQ and TASE).
Liat’s experience spans the entire business cycle including leading due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions.
During the 6 years prior to joining Grove, Liat was the CFO of Comsec, a cyber & information security company operating in Israel and Europe.
Over the years, Liat oversaw all finance activity as well as participated in the company’s executive management, including responsibility for the due diligence process leading to the company’s acquisition.
Liat is responsible for the Fund’s financial aspects as well as operations and uses her expertise to provide guidance and assistance to the fund’s portfolio companies.
Liat holds an MA (Law), from Bar Ilan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BA) in accounting and finance, from the College of Management.
Liat has a Certified Public Accountant license (CPA Isr)..
