Fortis Investment Management (France) SA (FIM-F) is the French branch of Fortis Investments, the asset management arm and a subsidiary of the banking and insurance Fortis Group (BR: FTS). Fortis Investments is headquartered in Belgium with a global network of branches in the US, Europe and Asia. Fortis Investments manages a broad range of investment products across all major asset classes and markets. Fortis Investments is organized as a worldwide network of competence centers, each specialized in an asset class or geographical region. Their flagship product is the Fortis L Fund, a Luxembourg-domiciled umbrella fund comprising a wide variety of sub-funds, for the most part sectorial. Established in 1986, FIM-F was formerly known as Fimagest and is located in Paris. The firm specializes in European equity and fixed-income, convertible bonds and structured finance. They manage mutual funds, credit derivatives, funds of hedge funds and leveraged funds. They also contribute to the management of asset allocation and balanced funds. FIM-F's clients are institutional investors, particularly pension plans and corporate savings plans, as well as wholesalers and private individuals.

HFT Investment Management Co., Ltd. (HFT) is an independent asset management firm which was founded in 2003 as a joint venture between Fortis Investments Asia (now BNP Paribas Investment Partners) and Haitong Securities, following a strategic alliance agreement signed in 2001. The firm was formerly known as Fortis Haitong Investment Management Co., Ltd. and changed their name to HFT Investment Management Co., Ltd. in 2010. Headquartered in Shanghai, HFT manages mutual and institutional funds for retail and institutional investors in China including corporate pension schemes. They also service foreign investors such as European pension funds through the firm's Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor portfolios.
