Lidbury is a Head-Investment Research at Perpetual Ltd.
and at Perpetual Investment Management Ltd.
He joined Perpetual Private in July 2014 and is responsible for the investment research capability, leading a team of highly experienced researchers.
Prior to this role, he was General Manager - Research & Operations for Perpetual Investments, where he managed key ratings house relationships and maximised rating outcomes across all funds and asset classes.
He has over 19 years of industry experience and has over eight years experience with the firm.
Mr. Lidbury managed research house relationships for NAB Wealth, covering all MLC and nabInvest boutique fund managers.
Prior to that, he was Research Manager with ThreeSixty, MLC's adviser services division, covering direct equities, alternatives and structured products, with responsibilities for Approved Product Lists, model portfolios of both direct equities and managed funds as well as management of the direct equities research team.
Mr. Lidbury earned his Bachelor of Accounting with Distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney (1997).
He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, CAIA and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
