Hanergy Thin Film Power Group Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the manufacture, research and development, design, sale, and delivery of thin film solar energy modules production equipment and turnkey production lines. It operates through the Manufacturing and Downstream segments. The Manufacturing segment includes construction of turnkey production lines for the manufacture of both amorphous silicon-based and CIGS thin-film solar photovoltaic modules and the technological development and production of GaAs thin-film power turnkey production lines. The Downstream segment focuses on the construction of solar farms, rooftop power stations, household systems, and small- to medium-sized enterprises commercial systems; sale of power station; sale of photovoltaic modules, application products and electricity; and provision of engineering services. The company was founded on November 25, 2009 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.

The Group's principal activities are designing, manufacturing and selling toys. Other activities include investment holding and trading of securities. It also operates in three operating business segments, namely: Own brand which includes the manufacture of toys designed/developed by the Group and sold under the Group's brand name or the labels of licensors; OEM/ODM which includes the manufacture of toys with design originated from customers and where the tooling are owned by customers; and Moulds which includes the manufacture of moulds for sale to customers. The Group markets its products in Hong Kong, other regions in the People's Republic of China and other locations such as British Virgin Islands, United Kingdom and United States of America.
