Ken MacKinnon and John Bennett co-founded MKB in late 2007 along with Patrick Bennett.

Formerly a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch & Co., Ken led the Merill’s successful technology investment banking practice in Canada for several years.
Prior to co-founding MKB, he was a Managing Partner with Miralta Capital, a private equity management firm.

and also served as CFO of a publicly traded merchant bank.
