Joseph Korff

oseph Korff is the founder of the Arc Companies, a group active across asset classes and geographies.
Trained as a tax lawyer, he has been involved in business formation, deal structuring, and business turnarounds for over forty years.
He has assisted entrepreneurs in building their companies with strategic advice and capital and built up the venture group within the Arc Companies over the last half decade.
He and his team have built a network of funds and startups across the United States, Israel and Europe.
The stages have extended from seed to late stage/ crossover.
Sectors have included PropTech, FinTech, Digital Health, Pharma, Cyber, Industry 4.0 and Mobility among others.
Using his network built up over 40 years, Joe has helped startups at critical junctures advance their aspirations and assisted funds with portfolio companies.
Whether by way of introductions to customers, financing sources, consultants and potential board members, he and his team look to help advance the ecosystem.
