José Adilson Miguel

Mr. José Adilson began his career in the Brewery sector working for a Brahma/Ambev beer distributor in 1961.
In 1962, Mr Jose Adilson joined Brahma/Ambev and occupied positions as Commercial Manager, Marketing Manager, General Marketing Manager and later on he became Marketing Director and Director of Distribution of the Company.
During the 45 years in the Brahma/ Ambev, Adilson became partner and played center role in the development and execution of breakthrough best practices in the sales area.
He created and implemented the “Company’s Excellence Program in Operations” (Program de Excelência), the “Distributor’s Compensation System” (Sistema de Remuneração de Revendas) and coordinated the distribution network’s restructuring process.
Adilson also participated in several M&A processes in Brazil and in Latin America, namely the strategic conception and execution of the merger of Brahma and Antartica that originated Ambev, and other M&A processes in Argentina and Venezuela.
Currently, Adilson works as a strategic consultant for Ambev/ Inbev, and is Partner at Galicia Investimentos.
