Piltel's subsidiaries are the following: Telecommunications Service Provider, Inc. (Telserv), Piltel International Holdings Corp. (PIHC), and Piltel (Cayman) Ltd. Telserv, which was incorporated and registered on October 1, 1992, was the exclusive provider of operator services for the paging business. PIHC was incorporated and registered in July 17, 1996, while Piltel (Cayman) Ltd. was dissolved in June 30, 2008.

East Asia Power Resources Corp. is a public holding company that owns and operates power generating facilities in Metro Manila. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, East Diesel Power Corporation ('EADPC'), owns two power barges in Navotas, Metro Manila with an aggregate capacity of 109 MW. Duracom Mobile Power Corporated ('DPMC'), a 40% owned subsidiary of EADPC, owns and operates two power barges, also located in Navoteas, Metro Manila, with an aggreate capacity of o133 MW. EADPC and DMPC used to supply about 3% of the electric power requirement of the Manila Electric Company ('MERALCO').
