Mr. Jeffrey J.
Probst, CFA, is Senior Portfolio Manager at Chandler Asset Management, Inc. He is responsible for portfolio and fixed income research, implementing portfolio strategy, and trading securities for client accounts.

in agricultural and resource economics, from the University of California, Davis.
