Prior to joining Prides Capital, Mr. Mai worked at Lazard Frères in New York as an analyst focused on mergers and acquisitions in the Media and Telecom Group.
While at Lazard, he advised numerous companies on transactions including Viacom’s spin-off and MCI’s $10.6 billion sale to Verizon.
Previously, he was an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Banc of America Securities.
Mr. Mai earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
