In memoriam.
Javier passed away in 2020, but his legacy will always be with us.
Prior to co-founding Abac Capital in 2014 where he was a Senior Partner and Chief Compliance Officer, he worked at Apax Partners for 12 years as a Principal in the Retail & Consumer team.
While at Apax, Javier was seconded for over a year in several portfolio companies and held a number of portfolio company directorships.
He started his career as an Analyst in Granville Baird’s M&A division.
Javier held a degree in Business Administration from ESADE (Barcelona) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (Boston).
