James H. Fremder

Mr. James H.
Fremder, CPA, is Fund Controller at Commerce Street Capital LLC.
He joined Commerce Street in 2010 with almost a decade of experience in the fund space ranging from institutional, US mutual fund and British Virgin Island fund experience.
Mr. Fremder previously was an Assistant Vice President at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in their fund accounting group where he managed the accounting for some of the largest pension fund accounts from all over the world.
Mr. Fremder began his career as a fund accountant at StateTrust Capital where he was promoted to manager of the fund accounting operations, which included US 1940 Act mutual and British Virgin Island funds.
Mr. Fremder received an MBA, MST and BBA from the University of Miami.
Mr. Fremder has earned the Certified Public Accountant designation.
