George M.
Small joined in 1977 as Controller.
He was elected Vice President-Treasurer in 1979, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary in 1986, President in 1997 and Chief Executive Officer in 2002.
On April 28, 2004, we announced that Mr. Small would retire later in the year and that our Board of Directors has begun a search for a replacement.
Mr. Small will remain with us for six months following the naming of a new CEO to provide for a smooth transition in leadership.
