Frédéric Puzin

Mr. Frédéric Puzin is Chairman at Corum Asset Management SAS.
He started his career in the beginning of the 90's as a financial auditor at Mazars and after at Deloitte on M&A and LBO operations for the account of Private Equity Funds.
In 1996, he becomes Chief Financial Officer within the frame of an industrial primary LBO.
In 2002, he is appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Atis Real Group, a global actor within real estate services (brokerage, property management, asset management, valuation all over Europe…), that became later on BNP Paribas Real Estate.
In 2004, he becomes President of SIMPA, an industrial group, specialized in manufacturing construction goods, with 8 production sites in France, Romania and Brazil.
In 2007, he is appointed President of UFFI REAM, the 2nd largest independent asset manager within the field of real estate funds, where he brings total assets under management from 700 M€ to 1300 M€.
In March 2011, Mr. Puzin creates CORUM Asset Management, together with its management team and founders, as well as Walter Butler.
Mr. Puzin has a Master in Finance and a CPA.
