Sycomore Asset Management SA (Sycomore AM) is the French asset management subsidiary of Generali Investments Holding SpA, itself a subsidiary of Assicurazioni Generali SpA (BIT: G) in Italy. The firm was founded in 2001 by Cyril Charlot, Laurent Deltour, Christine Kolb and Emeric Préaubert. On February 2019, Sycomore AM was acquired by Generali Investments Holding SpA. Headquartered in Paris, the firm manages mutual funds and segregated mandates for institutional clients such as private and public pension funds, insurance companies, banks, corporations; and distribution partners including IFAs and fund distribution platforms in France and abroad. Sycomore AM is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment which integrates ESG into their investment process and manages an SRI fund.

HSBC Private Wealth Managers SA (HSBC-PWM) is the wholly-owned private banking subsidiary of HSBC Global Asset Management (France) SA, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of London-based HSBC Holdings plc (LSE: HSBA; NYSE: HBC). Established in 1990, the firm was formerly known as Louvre Gestion SA. HSBC-PWM specializes in mutual fund management and in fund selection for multimanager strategies, and in asset management for high-net worth individuals and institutions. They operate in close relationship with HSBC's private banking entities worldwide, as well as with HSBC Global Asset Management and HSBC Alternative Investment Ltd.
